You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition, complete with packaging, for a refund of the price you paid for the item. We cannot refund the cost of postage. If you are unhappy with any product purchased from The Golf Cabin, you should contact us via email as soon as possible, quoting your order number and detailing which product you want to return and an indication of why you are returning the product(s).

If you require an exchange our returns centre will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the replacement item required along with your Order ID Number and contact details.

Please note. For your protection thegolfcabin.co.uk recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
If the item is defective please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible providing your original order number and details of the defective item. We will contact you within 48 hours to arrange for the product to be replaced or repaired.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
1. Items that have been customised e.g. custom made clubs, shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.
2. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
3. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
